PLEASE NOTE
Slight imperfections are typical and contribute towards the beauty of handcrafted from natural materials or old furniture. When restoring old furniture we deliberately leave it with a rustic touch. Doing the contrary would destroy all its charm.

Prices of all products are subject to confirmation. Do not hesitate to contact us with your enquiry.
ORDERS
Client orders are approved upon the reception of a 30% deposit. The balance is to be paid on delivery unless agreed otherwise. Orders are filled according to the availability of stocks. Delays for overseas orders are only approximate. Influences Ltd. accepts no responsibility for delays caused by acts of God, political upheavals, strikes and other unforeseeable circumstances.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Items with manufacturing defects or transportation damage will be replaced immediately or refunded.
DELIVERIES
In the best interests of our clients we are trying to keep the delivery charges as low as possible. Please contact us for your door-to-door delivery cost estimate.
IMPORTANT
Clients alone bear responsibility to provide correct information regarding the measurements of ordered items, the exact address of delivery, its accessibility for the delivery vehicles and also for the necessary presence at given time for the reception of orders. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted in case of failure to comply with this and in all cases all payments will remain due in full.
